Adding Shortcode Plugin

To allow you to be able to inject Divi Library layouts into your blog posts you will first need to add the plugin called “Shortcodes For Divi” you can this by accessing the plugin tab then heading to add new plugin.

Creating The Divi Library Layout

We are going to be using shortcodes within the blog post to inject the signup layouts so first you will need to design your layout in the Divi Library and add your html optin form from your email marketing platform.

  1. Add a new layout
  2. Under “Layout Type” create it as a “section”
  3. Select “Build On The Front End”

4. Add a Two Column Structure

5. In the first column add a divider module and add your image to the background of the first column.

6. Turn on Equalize Height within the Row Settings under Design Tab

7. Add a text module in the second column and underneath add your code module to add your html code from your email marketing platform.

You will be able to preview your post before publishing.
