Your proposal
After our call if your business is a good fit for my website design services I will send a custom proposal.
If we discuss on the call that you will also need branding and copy this will be included in the proposal.
You will be able to choose your payment plan (up to 4 month plans included) and sign your contract to secure your start date.
Onboarding
Once you have secured your date in my calendar I will send across your onboarding questionnaires, this includes a website onboarding questionnaire and SEO questionnaire (if you choose brand design and copywriting add-on then there will be an additional questionnaire). This is so I can get started on your keyword and competitor research.
Website Strategy Call
Your questionnaires will need to be completed before your project start date when we will jump on a website strategy call. We will go through your website content and talk about your goals for your website and inspiration.
Homepage Mockup
Once I have gathered all your content I will work on your homepage mockup. You will receive three revisions of all your pages but first we will sign off on your homepage so that I can build out the rest of your pages.
On-Page Optimisation
I will work through all your website copy and optimise with relevant keywords. I will also, if needed, add additional content where needed to guarantee better results on search engines. All meta titles, descriptions, images and alt tags will be optimised with focused keywords.
SEO Setup
An important part of the website design process is setting your Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google My Business account. You need Google Search Console setup so you can submit your sitemap. But don't worry this is all done for you!
Staging Account + Final Edits
Once all revisions are signed off you will get your live site presented to you on a staging account to go over any last minute edits before the site goes live.
Site Goes Live
On the day of your site going live I will migrate your new site onto your current hosting or migrate over to my hosting. Your SEO plugin, RankMath will be connected to Google Search Console and your sitemap will be manually submitted to Google Search Console for Google to crawl and index new posts and pages on your website.
Offboarding Call
You will receive a 90 minute offboarding recorded call where we go over how to use your new website and make updates - don't worry this is recorded and sent to you after in your offboarding guide.
Website Tutorial Guide
After our call you will receive your website offboarding recorded tutorial and a comprehensive offboarding guide with loom tutorials to revert back to at any point - this really is gold dust!
14 Days Of Support + Social Media Mockups
After your site goes live you receive social media mockups and your 14 days of voxer support start where you can ask any additional questions about your website whilst you learn how to use it.
35 Days After Website Goes Live
A month after your website goes live I'll check in and send updates on your current rankings where I will compare previous rankings to new keyword optimisation.

How long does it take?
The typical project timeline is around 6-8 weeks. This depends on how soon you can send over all your assets beforehand e.g. images, copy, third-party platforms to integrate, etc.
Any project deadlines will always be my #1 priority, and I will keep you updated if I think anything outside of my control may hinder that.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I have a couple of payment plan options.
1. Two payments: 50% at the time of booking and 50% prior to the website going live.
2. Three payments: 1st payment is due after the contract is signed, 2nd payment is due one month after contract signed and the final payment is due two months after the contracted is signed.
3. Four payments: 1st payment is due after the contract is signed, 2nd payment is due one month after contract signed, third payment is due two months after the contracted is signed and the final payment is due three months after the contract is signed.
All clients have the option of choosing with payment plan works best for them.

I build all of my client websites on WordPress. I truly believe that WordPress is the best platforms for your website goals.
Whether you’re looking to start out small and scale in a year or two, or you want to go big straight away, Wordpress is the most flexible platforms.
It’s also the best platform for SEO.
How much does it cost to build a bespoke website?
Typically bespoke sites will start from £1999 and this is typically for a four page + blog.
Brand design add-on starts from £1200 and copywriting starts from £1300.
What is a bespoke WordPress website?
It won’t be using any template design, and it’s designed and built from scratch based on your specific requirements.
Can you redesign my existing site?
Yes, I’m more than happy to revamp, add more pages or make improvements to your existing website, but in some cases, it’s better to build your new website from scratch on a platform that is going to work better for you. Also, in the case of custom CSM websites, you need to contact web developers. I’ll be your dedicated account manager for the redesign duration to deal with updates.
Will is be easy for me to manage my site after your design it?
It’s an easy to use drag and drop builder which you will have a lifetime licence for.
I also provide you with an hour offboarding tutorial, 14 days of support to answer any questions you may have and a website offboarding guide with over 20 loom tutorials.
Do you offer brand design + copywriting?

Once we officially kick things off, I’ll send over a questionnaire and brief for you to work through and submit prior to the project start date.
All the information on what I need will be found in those documents but an overview would include: your logo files (unless we’re working together to create your branding), your website copy and any imagery you want to use on your website.
