How long does Dubsado setup take?
The Dubsado full build package usually takes 4-6 weeks, depending on whether you have provided me with all the information prior to the Workflow Mapping Meeting. Form design takes up to 3 days after the onboarding form is complete.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I have a couple of payment plan options.
1. Two payments: 50% at the time of booking and 50% prior to the website going live.
2. Three payments: 1st payment is due after the contract is signed, 2nd payment is due one month after contract signed and the final payment is due two months after the contracted is signed.
3. Four payments: 1st payment is due after the contract is signed, 2nd payment is due one month after contract signed, third payment is due two months after the contracted is signed and the final payment is due three months after the contract is signed.
All clients have the option of choosing with payment plan works best for them.
Is support provided after the project is finished?
I also offer Dubsado retainers but this is only for clients that have hired me for Dusbado setup.
What is Dubsado?
In case you aren’t familiar with it, Dubsado is a Client Project Management tool for individual client projects (not to be mixed up with email marketing platforms).
It keeps all your clients (known as projects) in one place so you can streamline onboarding & offboarding processes. This includes booking in consultations, sending call reminder emails, sending contracts, invoices, proposals, recurring payments and more.

Do I need a website for Dubsado to work?
Hell no sista (mr)!! The best thing about Dubsado is you can use their proposal template section and lead capture forms as separate landing pages SO that means you don’t even need a website…
Also the website designer in me is screaming – “you need a website, please please sort this out” but that’s a story for another day – or click here to find out why.
How much time will I need to invest into the Dubsado build?
OK roughly here is a guide…
- Onboarding Questionnaire – 30/45 minutes
- Workflow Mapping Meeting – 2/3 hour call together
- Implementation Questionnaire – 1/2 hours
- Canned Emails – 1/2 hours
- Offboarding Tutorial – 1.5 hours on video call
I would roughly say you will need to invest around 9 hours of your time into – this is not including the 30 days of support for offboarding.
If you aren’t going to have time to be able to do this then I would suggest re-thinking the Dubsado setup.
Do you offer retainer services for after the build is finished?
Although I don’t advertise this, I actually do – shhhh let’s keep this on the DL for my clients only please…
After we have worked together if you decide nah this Dubsado management life isn’t for me then that’s cool – I get it, I’ll manage everything for you. The best part is… it will take no time at all, so you’ll basically be paying me p’s or cents (depends where you’re at).
