The Challenge
Jess wanted her Dubsado to be an extension of her website, she wanted her design to flow to add to the client experience.
Jess was spending a ton of time replying to potential clients through IG, emails and other social media platforms, she was really struggling to keep on top of replying to everyone and keeping track of potential client – she was losing leads fast because of the overwhelming influx of leads and not being able to keep track easily.
As a hair and makeup artist for brides her proposals where quite complicated and overwhelming for clients.
Jess wanted to include the options of adding additional hair + makeup for an additional bride for same sex marriages and she also wanted the ability to add on additional bridesmaids, mother of the bride etc.
We also wanted to get rid of all her PDF guides, pricing guides etc. As theses were a pain to update and re-upload.
What I did…
We kicked everything off with our onboarding questionnaire to gather all the details I needed for our workflow mapping meeting.
On our workflow mapping meeting we went through every single process and even the hidden bits in between that Jess didn’t realise she even did and needed.
We used conditional logic on all proposals to hide sections that weren’t needed until selected by the client. We created the proposals so that the client could completely customise themselves then once the proposal was submitted it was a streamlined process so that they could instantly sign the contract + then pay their first deposit.
I used Dubsado to create landing pages for bridal prep guides, pricing guides for UK weddings + Destination Wedding Makeup. I used the proposal feature and removed all the options of submitting and removed the top proposal bar.
Every stage of Jess’s processes the clients were moved automatically from one project status to the next so that she could track where her clients were within their client journey.
The Transformation
Jess is now delivering a consistent experience for all her bride to be. By automating her inquiry phase she is now capturing leads from every avenue into her Dubsado system to convert into paying clients.
Jess felt like she was spending most of her time replying to clients and now she is spending less than an hour a week on her admin
