Now the venue team just selects the workflow → hits send → and bam, the contract and invoice are pre-filled and ready to go.
Workflow Magic for Bar Tastings
When the couple’s bar tasting is complete, a separate workflow is triggered so they can choose and confirm their bar package — without needing to backtrack or email again.
