Every project begins with a detailed ‘dirt digging’ consultation, where I find out every need and pain point the client has. I then map out every workflow and identify every step that can be automated using Dubsado. 

What I did 

Custom Forms and Workflows

Lead Capture Forms:

• Replaced JotForm with custom Dubsado forms.
• Added custom fields to zap into their Google Sheet for client qualification.

Contract Management:

• Integrated contract templates with smart fields in Dubsado, removing the need for PandaDoc.

Scheduling:

• Automated scheduling using Dubsado’s native feature, synced with Google Calendar.

Document Preparation:

• Created questionnaires linked to the Conscious Spending Plan and other docs, automating delivery upon application approval.

Automating Communication

Email Templates:

• Built canned email templates for each stage, from application to offboarding.

Client Portal:

• Created a branded and personalised portal for applicants to access contracts, schedules, and documents.

In-Person Event Integration

With Ramit’s team starting in-person events across the US, we mapped this Dubsado setup to handle applications and onboarding for these in-person events as well:

Event-Specific Lead Capture Forms:

• Developed forms tailored for in-person events.

Automated Onboarding:

• Set up workflows to handle the entire onboarding process, from contract delivery to final event confirmations with custom details.
