Virtual Mrs Worboyes regards security and confidentiality of data and information to be of utmost importance.

In the event of a client making available confidential information relating to its business, clients or customers, Virtual Mrs Worboyes will maintain the confidentiality of such information, and will not disclose it to any third parties whatsoever. Furthermore, except in so far as such matters are properly in, or come into the public domain, Virtual Mrs Worboyes agrees to keep secret and confidential all matters as agreed in our signed Contract.?

Virtual Mrs Worboyes agrees to keep confidential during the term of our signed Contract and after its termination, all direct or indirect information it has had access to during the agreement.

Virtual Mrs Worboyes is registered under the Data Protection Act.

Terms of working

Services will be delivered by Virtual Mrs Worboyes over agreed days/hours, specified by us and agreed with the Client. Normal working times for Virtual Mrs Worboyes are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Availability outside these hours cannot be guaranteed without agreement in advance, and work outside those availability hours can be subject to additional work surcharges. ?

Virtual Mrs Worboyes take UK Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year off each year. Should a Client have urgent work to be undertaken during these times, please consult us.

All Client work requests should be submitted to?Sarah@VirtualMrsWorboyes.co.uk?to ensure Virtual Mrs Worboyes can schedule and track all work.

Virtual Mrs Worboyes aim to respond to Client enquiries via email and/or phone by next working day. We have offsite back-up for all data and up to date anti-viral software. The client retains responsibility for ensuring their own virus protection is up to date. Virtual Mrs Worboyes work only with UK based clients due to insurance purposes.

Virtual Mrs Worboyes hold no obligation complimentary discovery calls for new clients to find out more about Virtual Mrs Worboyes, our services and charges. ?Thereafter, once contracted, client phone calls and meetings are charged at the hourly rate or deducted from the retainer.

Clients are required to fully brief Virtual Mrs Worboyes of their requirements, passing on any necessary, passwords, templates, access to files and information before work commences.


The client will pay the fees and adhere to the fee process as outlined in our signed Contract. Fees are commensurate with the level of skill and professional expertise of Virtual Mrs Worboyes. Payment will be made by adhering to the payment terms upon receipt of an invoice from Virtual Mrs Worboyes. Late payment of any invoices is subject to a surcharge of 2% per month, in accordance with our rights under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Virtual Mrs Worboyes reserves the right to halt services and not to return any work should Client invoices be unpaid.

Costs incurred during the course of the work will be charged to the Client. These may comprise, nonstandard telephone charges (e.g. premium or international), postage, major printing costs and travel expenses. They will be charged at cost and shown separately on our invoice.


The client will remain responsible for checking work which we return and raise any general queries forthwith thereafter within 48 hours. General queries raised within this time will be amended for free.?

Virtual Mrs Worboyes will not be liable for any losses the Client might sustain arising directly or indirectly from our completed work save in so far as the same arises directly from Virtual Mrs Worboyes?s negligence.

Virtual Mrs Worboyes will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of documents, equipment or any items relating to tasks during transit to and from our premises.

Virtual Mrs Worboyes reserve the right to make any changes and corrections to these Terms.?
